Zipps Sports Grill is located on 59th Avenue and Utopia Rd., just off the 101 freeway in Glendale (Arrowhead), in the Citadelle Plaza. Zipps is also located directly across the street from Midwestern University, and down the street from Foothills Statepark, and Recreation & Aquatics Center. This location has a big back room great for hosting parties or gatherings! Whether you are out with your friends or looking for an affordable place to take your family, Zipps is a great destination for delicious food, unbeatable happy hour and friendly staff.

Good service and friendly atmosphere. I try to eat here once a week and usually enjoy the many sports offerings on their multitude of screens however my favorite is Chive TV as it never disappoints to entertain. Usually have a couple slices of pizza or indulge in appetizers, chicken skewers, beer cheese pretzels or nachos and a brew. The wait staff usually know what we order. Often enjoy finishing with a chocolate chip cookie with ice cream on top.

Try the chicken burrito or any of the focaccias. The onion rings are fantastic and the zipparitas will knock you on you down so be careful lol. They’re small but mighty. Try the iceberg (beer topped with frozen margarita as an alternative)

This place always has a great vibe, been here a few times and it’s been consistent! Which I feel is so key in the restaurant business. Zipparitas are amazing (their frozen margarita) lots of flavors to choose from. Had their wings too and I was impressed, decent sized, evenly sauced, and each wing as good as the next! Great sports bar energy with large patio and pool tables too!! Looking forward to coming back!
